Payment

1. The application fee should be received upon booking for a course.
2. Payment must be sent without charges or beneficiary, any bank fees deducted will be charged to the students directly on the first day of the course.

Condition

1. All students agree to observe Chinese law and the regulation for foreigners.
2. All students agree to observe school rules and regulations.
3. All students attending HanFu Mandarin must have valid medical insurance for their entire study period.
4. HanFu Mandarin is not responsible for accidents and/or illness of student during the program.
5. Students who take individual tutoring are required to inform HanFu Mandarin of any absences of changes at least one working day before the class, if prior notice is not given, one class will be deducted from the students schedule, as if the class had been take.

Refund Policy

1. The application fee is non-refundable.
2. Registration withdrawal two classes after the courses start, the tuition fee for actual study hours incurred, together with 20% of the left tuition fee shall be charged.
3. If students drop off due to personal reasons, the tuition fee will not be refunded.
4. Any requests for changing course will be considered once permitted by the office. This change can be made only within the first four classes after the course start.
5. When students in group classes are to change into private course due to the personal reasons, tuition fee has to be recalculated based on our price for private lessons as well. A separate contract shall be referred to in that case.
6. If students suspend the group course to personal reason, the tuition fee left will be valid for 6 months.
